One chance to get some wonderful Gigi’s cupcakes this year while on this side of the country and passing through Nashville but they were closed early because of an inclement weather forecast. My tears were bigger than the raindrops that were falling T_T

I placed an order for gender reveal cupcakes and only had a couple of days notice for them. They were GREAT to work with! The cupcakes were beautiful and perfect and they tasted delicious! Boxed and packaged well. They also have a nice display case of different cupcakes and I bought a few to try flavors. The employees were all friendly and helpful.

Really good cupcakes, not so much on the service. Every single time I go in, the workers are in the back on their phones/watching tiktok. They come to the front and seem annoyed they have to help a customer. They put a cupcake in a box and then ask for a tip, lol. On November 12, I looked up what time they closed and hurried to get there before they closed, because we were traveling near there. They said they closed at 7:00. I got there at 6:47 and they were turning the open light off and locking the door. I mouthed to the girl inside can I buy that cookie . She gave me a rude look. I said you don 't close until 7. She said they were out of cupcakes. I said I wanted the cookie. But she just stood there. I was so frustrated I turned to walked away.

GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS! What a pleasant surprise to find gluten free options. The chocolate one I tried was not great (tasted like a brownie). But I've heard the others are better. My family all had regular cupcakes and loved them! They were heavy and had to be eaten in two sittings. I really appreciated the lady asking if I needed separate packaging for the gluten free one (in case of an allergy). They have a great big variety (not with gluten free options, but others). Family had a hard time just picking one. The decor is lovely and the workers were friendly.

Hadn't had a cupcake there in years go in there and that was the worst thing I ever put in my mouth the icing was overly sweet on it very gross could barley eat it and I originally went in there for the dog cupcakes didn't have any at this store glad tho because it prob would of have my dog diabetes with how much sugar that was in mine I mean it was so gross a store bought cupcake I think would of been better. Because I wanted to throw up while I was eat this one no frosting on a cupcake needs to be that sweet it l felt like I just I took s bag of sugar and just dump it down my throat in fact it prob would of been Jess sweet then the icing on the cupcake it was so gorsss I can see why now in...
