"Overall experience was good. To start we got there and there was a wait for a table or immediate spot at sushi bar, so we opted for that. The people making the sushi were incredible and their timing was perfect. Honestly made the experience 10x better. Roll quality was good. I would argue that it’s a little overpriced for what you get… and for that reason it won’t be our regular go to sushi spot. The order yourself on paper is fine, but the options vs available descriptions made it challenging for dietary ordering. The staff making the rolls were honest and confident about ingredients which was great. We got three Ginza specialty rolls, two basic rolls, and edamame. It’s definitely somewhere to go with friends or have a more dark and intimate setting for date night."

Excellent staff, atmosphere, food, drinks, and prices. Hands down the best spot for sushi in all of Tucson, maybe even Arizona. If you're looking for an authentic Tokyo experience, this is the spot. 11/10

We dined at Ginza on the evening of October 7, 2022, around 6 PM. It was quite busy, but we were seated quickly. For good sushi, two key elements are fresh fish and well-prepared rice. Ginza offered very fresh fish; however, the rice—which is the trickiest part—was dry and overly cooked. Additionally, the rice should be warm, but the rice at Ginza was cold. If you're just a casual sushi lover, you might enjoy Ginza, but we found the service to be slow, and the staff didn’t seem to have a good grasp of the menu. Overall, it was disappointing.

I dined at this restaurant during my trip to Tucson last August, and it was the highlight of my stay. I typically eat every meal at restaurants when I'm away from home, and this place truly impressed me. I ordered the hamachi kama (yellowtail collar), which was salted and grilled to perfection. It tasted just as good as I’ve had in various restaurants around the world. The sushi and sashimi were incredibly fresh and delicious. They offered a wide selection, and I was really pleased with everything. The total bill was $175 for three people, which I found to be well worth it.
