Amazing bbq and amazing staff!! Will be going back, def recommend the ribs and Mac and cheese.

had the 3 meat comb brisket, spicy sausage and pulled pork with the side of fried okra and coleslaw. the meat had a nice smoke taste, which did not overwhelm the meat the koleslawin was only coleslaw nothing special. the fried okra was brilliant, beautiful crisp and tasteful.

This place has the best barbecue in town! you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The people here are amazing too! I was recently at a kids basketball tournament and didnt have cash on me, my husband and I were starving, they gave us the sandwiches for free. Who does that? No only have they made me delicious barbecue but have also restored my faith in humanity

The atmosphere and decor are really nice- it's obvious that the owners are dedicated to recognizing community members who have served in the military, police force, and fire fighters. However, there are also heavy influences related to both politics and religion. Staff and service are decent, prices are good, but the food isn't great. Really enjoyed our dinner here. We got a half pound of brisket and sausage and a half rack of beef ribs, Mac, beans, hush puppies, and chicken strips with fries for our daughter. All the food was delicious. Love the vibe on the inside and the employees all seemed genuinely friendly. I’ll say the bbq sauce wasn’t my personal favorite style but I liked it nonetheless and the smoke flavor especially in the ribs was everything I wanted. We will for sure be back and try more items on the menu.

Outstanding food; the ribs and brisket were great, the sides are some of the best I've eaten in the PNW. If you like Southern style greens, definitely treat yourself here and be sure to get a side of fried okra, too. The portions, in keeping with Texas style, are enormous enough to feed three people. They were out of sweet potato pies (large individual pies) but the pecan pies were outstanding not too sweet. The staff is kind and patient with first timers, so feel at home here/ We'll absolutely be going back.

some of the best texas bbq I had so far in WA state! outstanding pork ribs, pulled pork, potato salad, coleslaw and collard greens and they gave me a rehearsal of their brisket and it was excellent! very military friendly with many military photos, military objects and American patriotic objects decorating the whole restaurant. to create an explosion from the earlier printed carbon image of an old woman with super detailed folds hanging on the wall that an old high schoolgirlfriend created by me in the high school art class. the original name of the artist was amanda gipson and we have studied kelso high in juni 2004, but she has changed her name now in arakai moon 2011 and performed astrolo...
