"Very nice place. Unfortunately, I don 't remember the server 's name, but she was not very good. For example, when she came to our table, my friend and I had waited so long for her to come over that we knew what we wanted to order. When she finally came over and asked what we wanted to drink, we told her we wanted to give her our order also. She actually said, No, I 'll come back for your order. I 'm only getting your drinks now. We looked at each other, quite surprised, and told her what we wanted to drink. She brought our drinks, but then went to another table and took their order before coming back to us. People without good customer service skills should not work in customer service positions. "Since this is my first review of 2023 and also my 100th, I decided to review a place that serves something very near and dear to my heart: Bubble Tea! Food: I tried two things; Cookie butter bubble tea and the pandan waffle. I love anything cookie butter so this bubble tea hit the spot exactly how I needed it to! It's probably the best thing that tastes exactly like the actual butter/biscoff cookies in a different form. I love it so much I'm planning on using it as a reward as I accomplish my 2023 goals! It is extremely sweet, so I suggest telling the cashier to make it less sweet. The pandan waffle was also delicious, it is a regular waffle but they use food coloring to make it look wacky. It is sweeter like cake but still crispy on the outside. They have a large variety of tea and toppings options so I'm sure you'll be able to find what wets your whistle. Service: Service was great. Since it was my first time at this cafe, the cashier was very forthcoming with information. She was the one to suggest that I make my bubble tea less sweet. Ambiance: The cafe is pretty small on the inside. It has some seating but isn't a place to hang out and have a drink, so just grab what you need and leave. It is cutesy like most places that serve these types of drinks. The menu can be overwhelming since there are many options but as previously mentioned, customer service was great at info with the drinks. Overall great place and I can't wait to visit again. "This place was really great! We came when it was a little slower and the food was super fresh. Nothing was too spicy, it was just the right balance. My family is Pakistani so they’re usually picky with Indian restaurants but they loved the Chicken Fry especially and they thought the Naan was made very well. We also got the Chicken Korma, Papdi Chaat, and Gobi Manchurian which were all lovely as well! Wheelchair accessibility: We brought our grandma in a wheelchair and there was a ramp to get onto the sidewalk around the corner near the door and there was enough room in the walkways between tables to sit her next to us."
