"We have had many great experiences here. Our favorite is their cauliflower crust pizza….either Hawaiian or chicken bacon ranch. We also love their chicken salad. There have been times where they get slammed and only have a few workers….be patient and kind to those actually showing up and I promise you won’t be disappointed. Where else can you enjoy a meal with a beer while your table vibrates from the train?"

"I usually love the food at this restaurant, so it pains me to write a negative review. However, this time was just not up to par. The Beer Battered Cheese Curds were severely overcooked - some of them had cheese oozing out and were burnt to a crisp, while others were so hard that it was difficult to even bite into them. The Fried Mushrooms with Chipotle Ranch were the saving grace of the meal. The biggest problem was with our daughters' kids meal - the junior burger had a burnt black bun and the burger itself was so overcooked that it was impossible to eat. My burger, The Clydesdale, had the same issue. For a meal that cost over $80 and was meant to feed my family, it was disappointing to find that half of it was inedible."

"Came here after the Renaissance festival and my first time here. There was this AWESOME server. Can't remember her name but if I had to guess I think it might have been Olivia?? Anyways the food was AMAZING. I got the original coney dogs with no onion and the funnel fries. It was SO GOOD I ordered a coney to go and ate it later and shared it with my dad. He loved it too. I'm definitely stopping here every time I go to the Renaissance festival. Plus the staff all had neat appearances and were very invested in their jobs. They worked together and we're always moving. The server was kind and cheerful looking, she smiled so bright at me. I gave her a tip personally on top of the one we left on the table. Kid-friendliness: Their atmosphere was very appropriate. Some places I go staff are swearing and being unprofessional. Skyline in Eaton was very well kept"

"Very disappointed in this location! I came here because my young son had a coupon for a free personal pan pizza he was excited to use. We walked up to the door to see a hand written note saying they were short staffed and there was a 30 ish minute wait. Went in to see 2 people waiting to be seated a few people waiting on carry out. Noone that I could see was sitting down and dining. A lady greeted us with there is a 30 minute wait we are short staffed! After working all day and exhausted I asked if we could just have a seat in the dining area and wait since all the tables were available. That 's when the worker replied rudely no ma 'am! there is a 30 minute wait to be seated! I totally understand that she was probably stressed and tired from being short staffed and probably wanted me to just leave (which I did) but I figured since we had to wait 30 minutes at least be kind to your customers and tell them they could have a seat while they wait! She was very adamant I was not allowed to sit and wait to be served! I decided it wasn 't worth it and took my very disappointed son and left and went somewhere else. This location needs to do better. Very disappointed!"

"This was on Monday October 9th I was at the counter while paying for my meal when I heard the dark haired lady with glasses and polo (I assume she 's the manager since she 's not in black and red shirts like the rest) talk to her female employee in a rather rude tone, that said female employee hours were cut due to lacking performance . Poor thing tried to reason with this lady to give her hours back but refused, despite the employee being homeless from what she said. Makes me rather disgusted that they treat their employees who are down on their luck that way. I didn 't want to say anything, but I couldn 't take the guilt anymore if I didn 't. Respect your employees, I won 't be recommending this place to eat at, as I do not support this type of treatment. Nor will I recommend my children to work here. No one should be treated like that!! Good Lord times are hard enough as is! I don 't think it 's right to cut hours like that. Especially when someone is going through hard times. I hate that I never caught this girls name. She looked so broken and defeated after being told all that. Sadly she walked away and couldn 't be found outside after being told she wasn 't allowed to work at all that day. She honestly begged this manager. So cold-hearted. Is this anyway to treat employees? Is this why fast food places are closing down? Because of how management treats them? This really is an eye opener and now I understand why no one wants to work. Wherever you darling. I hope it gets better for you. God Bless you and your family. I hope this doesn 't get you fired either for speaking my honest opinion. No one deserves to go without. Not in these times. I pray the good Lord hears your prayers and blesses you. Amen! P.S.
