Amazing food, as hand made as possible. Absolutely fantastic staff, always so kind and compassionate, they really care about the food they make! It's far from home but it is my go to pizza!

So I used to go to Victoria's and then started going to the godfathers BUT NOW I go to Gub Gubs because you can't beat the taste or the price of their food. This is my new pizza place for good.

We showed up late, around 8. Service was a little frazzled, was told they were all new. Had The Boot margarita. Delicious!!! In a new location and better than ever!!! Welcome to the real deal, Walsenburg. Gub Gub 's Pizza and Ice Cream : Now with authentic pizza. The Neapolitano slice. Chewy and slightly crunchy like it 's supposed to be. Perfect classic cheese blend. And, I mean... look at that crust! #IYKYK The rest of the menu can wait. You asked me to be honest the best pizza I’ve had in years. I think you should invest in your front of the house a little bit more and get somebody a little more seasoned in the restaurant business. Amazing you’re gonna do great ! I did custom order a vegetarian pizza amazing. It was expensive, but definitely worth every cent. Missing anchovies on your menu and pesto . Amazing pizza

What a cool place! We walked in to the bar that is connected, it was busy and everyone seemed to be having fun. We finally figured out that you have to walk into the mercantile to find the counter, and I was impressed! I love the concept of the restaurants and having a place to browse while you wait is genius! The pizza was hot and fresh and delicious! We got it to go, make sure to get extra napkins if you do… next time I’d love to stay in to eat.
