"The customer service is just lacking here. I went in one morning and ordered a bacon egg and cheese. Breakfast sandwich on a bagel. After waiting, probably around 15 minutes for the sandwich it came out and was missing the bacon and was on a croissant instead of a bagel. When I pointed this out to the staff, they seemed annoyed by it. And when they went to remake the sandwich, they told me that I needed to pay an additional $2 to upgrade the sandwich to a bagel sandwich after I had already paid because they “ didn’t ring it in as a bagel sandwich”. So after about 25 minutes from the initial order, I finally received the correct sandwich. As I’m leaving, I give the incorrect sandwich I had received originally back to the staff and I get a dirty look from the cashier for not wanting to keep the sandwich. While the food was good, the lack of customer service and just unfriendly attitude of the staff makes it hard to ever want to go back here. The decor and ambience has improved over recent weeks/months. Service is always friendly and engaging. I still enjoy the old classics handed over from previous owners. However I don't have any food pics to share

Tried this place for the first time today and cannot complain one bit. Friendly staff. My sandwhich was amazing as well as my coffee. Best grinder I?ve ever had. And I love that my coffee wasn?t overly sweet which most coffee places seem to do!! 10/10reccommend trying
