Absolutely the best restaurant in Peoria we are from Chicago. Any Chicago people out there you need to go see this place authentic

This is the best Gyro I have ever tried. The owner, Ray, is a fantastic guy who treats his customers like they're family. I highly recommend the food quality at this restaurant.

The best Chicago style food in the valley without a doubt. I have been eating at this establishment since I was a kid and have not gotten tired of it at all. The menu fits the roots of true Chicago food and that’s coming from someone born there.

I live out of town. When I am visiting Sun City, Gyro Palace is my go to favorite food. It is a treat because the food is so good. Hummus to start, #1Combo for dinner, Baklava for dessert. This is a meal that can't be beat. It is a special treat.

The last time I checked Gyros Palace, you suggested I try the hot dogs. So I did it today. FABULOUS! You are 2 for 2 (Beef Sandwich first review. I am from Chicago so had to try) Your place is always clean and staff very warm. French fries hot and crispy. Yummy! To move Portillo's, this place serves jumbo Vienna dogs at no extra cost! I would have added a pic but I didn't know I was going to LOVE the food as much as I do. Absolutely the best rice I've ever had and the chicken and salad were really good too. Not dry at all. I'm so impressed that I'm sitting here in the booth right now writing this review. I shared the chicken plate with my teenage daughter. We're both full and VERY satisfied. Definitely our new favorite Greek food spot. Also the young lady Britney at the register was helpful and polite.

We were hungry and at that point anything sounded good and my wife suggested gyros and that sounded like it would take too long. So I was pleasantly surprised when the service was so quick and the food was delicious. Ill say this tho being from Chicago and used to Chicago food it was a little disappointing, more because of the portion you get there for the price.. But I'm only comparing it to that. If I'd never been to Chicago it wouldn't even matter. My only real gripe are the prices it was like $6 for some onion rings. Those are onions dipped In batter? How does that cost 6 bones? Anyway other than that the food is really good and I would definitely go there again

This restaurant is about 10 mi away from my house and I will happily drive there any day of the week! I love how the restaurant owners and staff their conduct themselves and make the customers feel welcome! Very friendly very attentive to how you want your order customize. This is very important to me as I am a foodie and very particular about my food. I've never had a complaint my food is always hot and fresh and absolutely delicious and when I tell you delicious I mean it with a capital D!
