Ideal for couples or groups. Very attentive staff. Absolutely delicious food. Adequate portion sizes and reasonable prices

Poor service even from reception. Wrong order on one of the main course. Did not bother to change as the order took long to arrive. Happy with fresh food even though it took a while

From entering the Restaurant it was awful. There was no usher or hostess available. We stood at the entrance way and made ourselves comfortable while we patiently waited for someone to attend to us. After maybe more than minutes the usher just took us to a shabby table, absolutely no greeting. We got up soon after and informed them that we were leaving

After making a reservation for my son's birthday, having it confirmed, then leaving South Trinidad all the way to Hakka Resturant during the work week to have them tell me at the front that they are closed for an event was in my opinion disgusting. They could have called during the day to cancel the reservation instead of making my family go through the trouble of going there and getting turned away

my wife and I spent two and a half hours at dinner. 30 minutes were spent before someone even took our order, twenty more served before the meal and nearly forty-five minutes before the bill was brought to us after we finished the meal. in addition, the furniture was very unstable and small. also to supplement this, sat a family with two small children beside us and a weeping small child ruined the experience for us, as well as the three other couples who were asked to be moved. that was my first experience of hakka a pleasant one. my initial care with the precarious parks (after all that it is woodbrook), gave me the away, totally impressed by the facility as I put in the facility. the kind attention at the entrance has certainly compensated for every professional lack in the provision of this service, only by the assigned waiting staff who bordered on obsequious. This, my first experience of Hakka was a delightfully pleasant one. My initial concern with the precarious parking arrangements after all it's Woodbrook, gave way to my being utterly impressed with the decor as I entered the establishment. The friendly attention at the entrance certainly compensated for any professional deficiency in the provision of that service, only outdone by that of the assigned wait staff which bordered on obsequious.
