"I've ordered from them numerous times and it has generally been satisfactory, but I don't know what went wrong this time. That definitely wasn't a chicken cutlet on a hero. It tasted more like chicken covered in a basic fish fry batter. I would have preferred if they had canceled my order rather than serving me this."
