"I love the Happy Lemon here at the Embarcadero because I feel like it's the closest boba store in the area (don't quote me on that). I've gone here for boba quite a few times after the farmers market and I feel like my most recent trip they have definitely had to pair down their menu. It could just be there's not a lot of foot traffic in the area. My go to drink is the Fresh Lemon Honey Green Tea (iced). It's tart and sour enough at 50% sweetness and light ice. It's refreshing on a warm day when you usually want some lemonade. Service was pretty quick. They usually have two people per shift and since it's quiet in the area, there are usually only 2-5 people waiting for their drinks."

The counter staff never asks customers if they want a medium or large size; they just automatically assume large is the default!!!!!!! So frustrating!

If you're ordering the lemon drinks, be sure not to hold back on the sugar. Choosing only 50% sweetness resulted in a very sour and bitter beverage. I’ll definitely opt for full sweetness next time! Visualizza piatti

I only go to happy lemon for one thing which is found at no other boba place: mango matcha smoothie. Get this drink and you will have no regrets. They make the drinks very fast here so you'll be in and out in no time. I will say that I prefer the Salesforce park location more because there is seating and they give more boba.

Cheese mixed with tea? Sounds weird initially but then I tried the black tea with salted cheese as instructed by my brother.Ooh! It's a cheese microfoam and more like a cheesecake flavor where the foam mingles with the tea allowing for an evolving taste over time? Yes please!The lemon teas all include fresh and/or whole blended lemon to where I can definitely can taste the nice difference compared to cheaper lemon drinks. Nicely done!
