"I received a recommendation for Fiesta from a few locals at a bar in Adel, and it turned out to be an excellent choice! The portions here are quite large, and the spice level caters to Midwest tastes, so keep that in mind. I tried the green enchiladas, and they were delicious! The black bean side was decent but nothing special. The chips and salsa were tasty as well. Don't miss out on the original margarita—it's nearly bottomless and absolutely delightful, making it a great value. We also enjoyed fantastic service at the bar. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in Adel. As for vegetarian options, like most Mexican restaurants, you can customize dishes to fit a vegetarian diet, but there aren’t specific vegetarian menu items available."

"First time here and we were quit disappointed based off of all of the other reviews. We sat at our table and waited a close 40min before a server even acknowledged us. Once we were finally waited on it took the waitress a good 20 min more to even bring back the drinks and take our order. Once we finally received our food we simply asked for a togo box and the check. We didn’t even want to bother waiting any longer (especially when we had young children with us) and eating the food there. I’m hoping this was just an off night which I understand happens at times. But if so it would have been nice to get a “I’m sorry we are low on employment for the night” or whatever the reason may have been. Regardless of the poor service. The food was good. "First time there and not disappointed. I went there on Grandparents day with daughter, son in law a grandson. Eggs were cooked perfect, sausage patties were large and very tasty, English muffins toasted perfectly. Son in law got a breakfast burrito that looked delicious and was pretty big. Pancakes are over sized and flavorful. Would recommend to anyone wanting a good breakfast in the Adel, IA area. Staff is friendly and prompt. "Stopped here after our appointment at the Treasurer 's office getting our license plates and boy am I glad we did. The owner was there and introduced himself then shared some of his business stories. Based on Al 's suggestion, we ordered the housemade onion rings followed by the Combo: beef brisket sammy, pulled pork sammy, 3 fantastic smoked chicken wings, 1/4 track of ribs and 3 sides that his customers love: jalapeno creamed corn, burnt end baked beans and deviled egg potato salad (mustard/mayo) with some cole slaw to top the pulled pork sammy. Everything was delicious. The onion rings might have been the least-greasy, crispy and most flavorful I 've ever had, the creamed corn was great and the baked beans were thick, smoky and delicious. The smoked chicken wings were full wings, lightly seasoned with salt and pepper and were smoked to perfection. I ordinarily don 't give 5* ratings to restaurants without cloth napkins and real silverware, but was very tempted to do so with this place. I really liked the quality of the food, the atmosphere, the service and the interaction with the owner. "Recommend get your food and take it home. The older lady is less than friendly. Other personnel have been friendly and gracious. Food pretty typical. Normally, I like their chow mein (crispy noodles). But this last visit, the beef was more like pork texture and the dish was very bland; not what I'd remembered. I took it home, added soy sauce and hot seeds which saved it. I will definitely return it's one of the very few restaurants in Adel and areas west of Waukee.
