If a restaurant has an open dining room, I automatically give it 5 stars, regardless of the service. This Hardee's is just like any other, but despite being understaffed, it doesn't seem to hinder them. The service here was excellent.

Walked in to an almost completely empty building, except for 2 other customers. Not an employee or manager in sight and we stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes before literally speaking with strong emphasis for assistance. I visited Hardee's in Sparta, NC this morning, and despite a busy drive-thru, I decided to go inside. It was bustling there too, but the staff was incredibly friendly and worked seamlessly together to help each customer. I was served quickly and left in no time. They must have been short-staffed, but their teamwork really stood out.

I had the worst experience at this Hardee's. The entire staff should be replaced and the place needs a complete overhaul. It was dirty, and the employees didn't seem to be doing their jobs. I waited 20 minutes just to place my order, then another 30 minutes to receive it, even though it had been sitting on the counter for 15 minutes. This location really needs better management. Hardee's is an excellent fast food restaurant! Everything is just right, and the fries are always freshly made. Brittany and Paula are fantastic during breakfast – I love their cheerful smiles and their positive wishes for a great day. Jake leads an amazing night crew along with the great guy who manages the drive-thru. They make a perfect team, just like Brittany and the awesome drive-thru guy when they work together. You all make a wonderful team, and keep up the great work in keeping that place running smoothly!

I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The food was cold and tasted like it had been leftover from lunchtime. When I specifically requested no whipped topping on my milkshake, it was for a reason—I have an allergy that makes me very sick. The girl at the drive-thru assured me that there was no whipped topping, but when I took a sip, I could taste it and found it in the milkshake. I couldn't even drink it and ended up feeling ill for the rest of the day. Overall, I give this place a 1 for food, service, and atmosphere. I spent between $30 and $50 for this meal, and it was definitely not worth it.

Left freeborns to go eat breakfast this last Sunday. Only 1 person working the front. Only 5 sets of customers in front of me. 2 with each set. Young ,red hair lady could only take 1 order at a time, would turn around and wait for each customer order to be filled before taking another. Took her 20 min. To even take our order. Had absolutely anything else been open in Sparta to eat. Would have left. One customer in front of us did walk out the door. Said he could drive home and fix it himself, before he got service there. I observed her holding a cup under coffee machine to fill up. Leaving customers to wait on her to do this. Instead of propping her big hiney up at window waiting on each ord... Visualizza piatti
