Hearsay Restaurant Lounge and Garden

Hearsay is located in the area that was formerly occupied by Dragonfly, adjacent to the Old Pink Church at the intersection of First and Hargadine.

We had a wonderful dining experience in the enchanting outdoor garden. The cocktails were fantastic, featuring the Blue Sky and a gin and tonic with grapefruit.

The setting is elegant, enhanced by live piano music on Friday evenings. The King Salmon was cooked to perfection, while the vegetarian entree was both flavorful and generous in portion. The cocktails are expertly crafted. We will definitely return! Visualizza piatti

Everything was perfect! The drinks and food were absolutely delicious! You can tell you're enjoying a great burger when you don't even notice it's vegan—so impressive! The service was excellent, and the live piano music added a lovely touch to the atmosphere.

We had an amazing time with friends and enjoyed some delicious food! Their drinks are top-notch! I ordered the cucumber margarita with tequila (even though it’s listed as a non-alcoholic beverage), and it was fantastic. The chocolate crème brûlée was simply exquisite!

We were a group of four and ordered two dishes of creamy scallops with vegetables and pasta, along with two burgers. Every dish was delicious. Hearsay consistently impresses! We always enjoy dining here before heading to the theater. The menu updates roughly every six months, so tonight was a fresh experience for us. The butternut squash and mushroom soup was so delicious that I could have made a meal out of just that, but I chose to add the short ribs with polenta and spinach. Absolutely delicious! I can't wait to return!

Delicious dishes, excellent service, and expertly crafted signature cocktails make this restaurant a delightful choice. It’s so romantic, and it’s one of my favorite spots for special occasions due to the incredible flavors and the perfectly cooked and seasoned food. If the weather is nice, the outdoor dining area is truly enchanting. On weekends, there’s a lovely piano player adding to the ambiance. I had the steelhead, but the scallops are definitely worth trying as well.

We had a 5:30 pm reservation at Hearsay on Saturday, May 20. It took 1 hour and 45 minutes for our entrees to arrive! The food was decent, but definitely not worth the wait. Our server explained that the delay was due to the patio being very busy. Do they prioritize patio seating over indoor dining? We received no compensation in the form of discounts or extra food for the wait. To make matters worse, a mandatory 20% tip was added to our bill.
