Heidi's Brooklyn Deli

Flavor of the Reuben was very good but the meat itself was very gray like it had been heated up incorrectly. Corned beef shouldn?t be gray. Hoping it was just a fluke.

My french dip didn’t have the cheese l I requested. It was a few slices of meat on toast. My breakfast burrito was made with potato salad! Must have been a mistake? It was BAD.

I have been here a few times before but it's been years. Stopped today and got 2 sandwiches, reuben and chicken parm. Both were decent but not to die for. It was fairly busy (lunch around 12:15pm) but the staff was knocking it out. Very fast and courteous.

Employ named Dylan made me an amazing meatball sandwich. It was like Jesus himself was poring heavenly meat into my mouth. The cheese melted in my mouth, it made me want to come into the store every single second of every single minute of every single hour of every single day of every single week of every single month of every single year.

I ordered 15 executive box lunches for our inventory. Virtually all of the sandwiches were made wrong. Why would you put mustard on all of them? That wasn't requested, and mixing it with mayo? The cookies were raw in the middle and so hard everyone threw them away. I've never had so many complaints on food before. We won't be ordering here again. Visualizza piatti

This place ROCKS! Fast, accurate and friendly service, pleasant atmosphere, and great food! Can't talk it up enough. If you're struggling to find a worthwhile sandwich shop, it's here. I never have to worry about the order being incomplete, incorrect, or inadequate, cuz it's always steller. Maria and Rosemary are always a treat to talk to, as well.

I had the Coney Island Reuben with pastrami and was very disappointed very little meat and very fatty. My husband had the Sausage and Peppers on Italian bread and he said it was not at all flavorful and very lean on the sauce. We paid $13.99 per sandwich with sides of potato salad and coleslaw that came in petite plastic containers that equated to 3 bites. This establishment has been here a long time and in its early days was a really good deli and today is a poor place to get a deli sandwich. One person was running the place on a Wed afternoon and she did her best

I suppose these sandwiches might be enjoyable if you've never been to a deli or Brooklyn, or if you've never had a good sandwich before. The woman working there was very friendly, so I have no complaints about the staff. However, Italians would likely disapprove of the bread used for the sandwiches. As someone who was born and raised in Brooklyn, I can say that the chicken Parm sandwich here was disappointing - it seemed like it was made by a rat from the New York subway. The breading was not crispy, there were strange tendons, and the cheese was unmelted. This establishment should not be labeled as a true representation of New York. Visualizza piatti
