Bustling diner with quick, hospitable service and decent food! It lacked a discernible flavor but still made my stomach happy.

Helen's daughter Sue makes sure we are welcome and always goes the extra mile. The down home feeling I get there makes me happy. Great diner fare served on platters!

We loved the food in this restaurant, especially vegetarian burgers really delicious. Black became burgers with potatories and organic burgers with Coleslaw. It loved it so much. Thank you. Mrs. Helen for your help. I really appreciate it.

I haven't found a better restaurant. It's a perfect 10/10 in every way: the quality of the food, portion sizes, prices, and service are all outstanding. They’ve definitely earned lifelong customers after just one visit. If I could, I would give it 6 stars. Highly recommended!

We ate here several times during our recent visit. The waitresses Sue and her sister (didn't get her name) were delightful. Food was great! Fast service. My husband accidentally misread the invoice and didn't leave enough money. Sue chased us down the street to collect. We were a little embarrassed but we made it right. Cheerful ambiance and a welcoming staff make this restaurant feel as comfortable and bright as grandma’s kitchen. You can sit at any open table you want while enjoying classic 80s hits! The service and kitchen staff are highly accommodating and strive to satisfy customer preferences. They offer a wide variety of delicious dishes. Much more pleasant than nearby Main Streets Market and Cafe!

On our first morning in Concord, we took a short walk before breakfast and stumbled upon Helen’s. We were so glad we did! The staff was friendly, the place was spotless, and we were seated right away around 8 AM. The coffee was excellent, and the breakfast menu offered a fantastic variety of options. My wife ordered a large yogurt parfait, which was filled with a generous amount of fruit, and she really enjoyed it. I opted for the bagel with scrambled eggs and ham in a breakfast sandwich. The bagel was fresh, and the eggs were creamy and perfectly cooked. There was plenty of crispy ham included as well. I highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the area!

I can only say that this is the coziest, most charming, and well-maintained diner I've visited in a long time. The staff was fantastic; my husband and I chose to sit at the bar due to the busy atmosphere, and we were very happy with that choice! The TV was a nice touch (though the Fox News was a bit of a downer—definitely the only downside). The counter is a nice size, allowing for a few patrons without feeling cramped. We ordered the onion rings, which were amazing, and the burger, which was juicy and delicious. This place is a true brunch spot with a laid-back, small-town vibe. Once again, the staff was wonderful—so warm and welcoming. Next time, I’ll definitely be getting a milkshake! Visualizza piatti
