The staff was very friendly. We were looking for a place where we could talk easily and this fit the bill. Everyone enjoyed their food.

A quiet,lovely restaurant, not like the Hiway name might suggest. It was busy, but didn’t feel like it. Food and service were quite good good.

Great place?relaxed, friendly atmosphere. The owner was super friendly and despite being busy, she made an obvious effort to make me feel welcome. Staff was friendly?asked my name and gave theirs. Unique experience. This is a family restaurant ran byfolks that obviously want to take care of their customers and it shows.

My wife made the reservation two days before using OPEN TABLE for two couples to celebrate Their wedding anniversaries. We arrived at 6:00PM to find they did not have reservations and seated us in a booth. Our waitress came and took our drink ordersvery promptly. Our wine was very good. We ordered our meals, I ordered a Prime Rib with salad, baked potato, wax and green beansmy wife ordered shrimp scampi and salad. Our salads were just okay, many places have better. My Prime Rib was the poorest cut ofmeat I have seen it was about half fat with several parts tough to chew at this price you expect a lot better cut of meat(PRIME). I recently had dinner with my son and future daughter-in-law, and the service at our table was just adequate. They ordered the spinach artichoke dip, but we were surprised to find there was no spinach in it. It was largely covered in cheese that wasn't fully toasted. When our salads arrived, the dressing was served on the side, which was disappointing. For our main courses, we ordered our steaks medium rare; one steak was cooked perfectly, while the other was closer to rare and completely lacked seasoning—there was no salt at all.
