Wonderful caring owner. All in house deserts, sides, rubs and sauces. Spectacular food. Businesses like this make living in a small town so much better. We’re lucky to have these folks!

the ribs were large, flesh fell right from the bone. the braut was beautiful and smokey, absolutely delicious. the chili was one of the better ones I had in one. I'm looking forward to coming here and I'm very happy. that will be a regular BBQ spot.

This was our second graduation party that Hotel Hickman catered. The food was fantastic and many of our guests still remember the Jalapeno sausages from three years ago, so we were thrilled to have them again. We ordered even more this year than last time. Many of my classmates said this was the best food they've had at a graduation party. Several adults also raved about the food. We plan on using Hotel Hickman again for our final party next year.

How you can call this bbq is beyond me. Tasteless dried out meat with no sauce...who smokes boneless skinless chicken breasts? We tried both the brisket and chicken and both were awful and the sides were no better, nothing had any salt or other seasonings at all and the desert cobblers were a gummy crust with no flavor and a canned filling with no actual fruit at all. We saw several other diners take a couple bites and throw the food in the trash as we did. I will be certain to tell others to save their money and eat at Mickey D's which I'm sure is a step above this place.

This was the worst barbecue I have ever had. The only positive aspect is that the portions were decent. The meat seemed to be cooked at too high of a temperature and too quickly, resulting in dry meat with minimal smoke flavor and no sauce. The potatoes were almost inedible, lacking seasoning and with dry edges that were not crispy, resembling cardboard. The peach cobbler was also nearly inedible and extremely bland. The cole slaw was just okay. The server was very kind, but ultimately the food ended up in the trash, where I also noticed other entire meals. It was a very disappointing experience. Visualizza piatti
