Me and my buddy come here once a month. We’ve tried other ones, but this one is the best hands down. Taylor is awesome and needs a raise forsure. Hope to get her everytime we go. Atmosphere and food are phenomenal. Manager is also pretty cool ?

I do not normally have a complaint. I ordered take out like we have in the past. The fish and chips were good, the tarter sauce was decidedly spicy which normally is not. The the honey butter croissants were not up to standard, someone forgot to put on the honey butter.

When I got the bill, I noticed I was still charged for the loaded baked potato. They corrected it, but honestly, it was 10 PM, and there were hardly any other customers around. We felt completely ignored the entire time we were there. Even as I tried to clean off the tables, ones that were covered with plates and glasses when we arrived were still the same when we left. Didn't think it was a good thing tonight. The only reason I left the house. I came in and sat at the bar. I ordered my drink and nachos at the same time. There were only three people, including me, at the bar. I drank slowly because I waited for food. I waited. And waited. I finished two drinks (the person next to me came at the same time and had already finished eating) when I ran out of time and had to go. Came in to watch EPL soccer game around 11 am on Sunday, and to my surprise the bartender told me she cannot change the channel for any of the TVs because they are already preset for the afternoon NFL games which start 1pm. She was very sad to tell methat and apologized many times and she even went to the ?manager? to see if there is any chance to change the channel but hesaid ?No? very confidently. This place is described as a ?sports bar? and it has like 20 TVs, maybe two or three projectors,but they don?t want to entertain different sports at the same time (note that NFL games start after two hours, so it?s not evensame time). Came here for the first time today and it was a horrible experience the minute we walked through the door. My husband and I waited a good 7 minutes confused as heck because there was no hostess at the entrance. She was busy talking to another staff member and we couldn?t get her attention. We were talking about leaving. When she finally saw us we had to wait again for her to clean a table because she had been too busy talking to staff. Fast forward to the food. It was very bland.
