"We gave this restaurant 45 years of our business. Over the years we occasionally wrote or emailed them including our telephone number and some comments or suggestions. Never once did they respond. After their fire last year they said that they would keep their customers updated on their remodeling progress. We have stopped occasionally to check what is happening at the restaurant. It is still an empty shell after about 8 months. And their communication, like always, CRICKETS! Why would I expect different? Thats how much they care about their faithful customers. They are giving us what they believe that they owe us. NOTHING! What is so sad, is that if they are having a problem with the remodeling, there are those of us that would have actually volunteered to help them in different ways. If only they would have communicated with us. Would it really be that hard for them to post an update on a piece of paper in the window? Or to post an update on the Internet somewhere? Maybe 5 minutes of their time each month. But even after their failure to communicate with their customers, we still wish them the best!"

The best part of Ari's is the affordable prices and quick service. The interior could use some updates, as it shows some wear. I give it 4 stars because there is no outdoor seating available.

The restaurant is closed. There’s a sign on the door that says, "We are Closed." It's such a shame because I loved that place. The food was affordable and full of flavor. The Best Steak House! This fantastic family-owned restaurant is a true gem on the East Side. We are so grateful for their wonderful establishment and the value they've provided over the years. 4/15/23 stopped by today and the place was completely gutted. Kitchen gone, Booths gone. Sign on door says CLOSED. Does not look like they are going to reopen unless they are doing a MAJOR renovation and remodel. Been closed over a month with no notice of when reopening. Fast, friendly but the steak was very tough and full of fat and gristle. Have had great steaks there before, this time not so. Will give them another chance though!
