"There was cockroach! in our food today and the waitress diddnt care still wanted us to pay full price I only paid for our drinks and they were upset didn’t even check the food for the other customers!! Stay away from this place helth HAZARD!! Food inspectors need to come and check this place I would give negative stars if I could, they also took the cockroach away so fast where I couldn’t take a picture"

"Every time I come here I get excellent service, regardless of who is helping me. They are generally very quick and very pleasant. Their simple dollar coffee was a god send this past week, but if you want a specialty coffee drink they have a large binder full of choices. (Excellent dirty chais but I have enjoyed everything I have ordered from that book). I used to be a barista so I have a habit of watching others make their drinks, and these guys know what they are doing. Their shots always have a good crema, they pour it quickly, they clean the machine right... All the things I want to see my barista do, they do while being super nice. I will return for sure. The sandwiches are good too! I've been ordering the Green Monster for many years now!"

"first we were not greeted with the speech. no fucking nothing. no good first impression, especially never been there. the hostess asked if we wanted to stand or table and asked if there were only two of us. we sat, got our drinks, no problem with the waitress, just eating. Our appetizer, chili cheeses were microwave frits in nacho cheese and green Chile sauce. literal 13 fritten. suppe on a teller if you want. okay, no biggie, maybe our escape will be better. my friend ordered a chimichanga, I ordered bark meatfajitas. no problem with my eating, but the chimichanga was crushed in hot dog chili and nacho cheese. if you ask me. just not what we expected, and not authentic Mexican food on some wise. hot dog chili? somehow they went forward, they never told us a word, but what was all. No, how was it, and that was it. we went out and will not go back. I never went out of a restaurant without ending my teller. we took about three bites and went."

"El Rancho Restaurant is an excellent local, casual Latin/Mexican eatery with a good selection of food items on the menu including salads, burgers, authentic enchiladas, tacos, burritos, house specials and more. They also have daily lunch and dinner specials. The wait staff are friendly and attentive. I must admit, I do not eat a lot of spicy food so the salsa they served was a bit too much for me...but it will be perfect for those who enjoy spicy food. Again, the authentic quality of the food is excellent. I would recommend El Rancho Restaurant to anyone looking for a good, casual family friendly Mexican restaurant."

"The experience left a bad taste in my mouthor maybe it was the hotdog. Service: Customer service during my recent visit was subpar. My order was incomplete. When I notified staff, they told me they had the missing item and I could drive back. I asked for a credit for future purchase as driving back is a hassle, especially when you have hungry kids at home. I was offered a credit for fries that must be redeemed within two days, a timeline that didn’t fit my schedule. This response placed the burden on me although the mistake was not mine. Food: The PB shake and green chile cheese burger were goodbut to add to the disappointment on my recent visit, the footlong hotdog was pretty pitiful (see picture). Would give one star, but the PB shake is fire and the burgers are good."
