"The food is excellent and the delivery is prompt. However, the person who takes phone orders can be somewhat discourteous. He occasionally comes off as impatient and has a bit of an attitude. I recently called to request that they add a note in their system because they forgot my Sprite, as I was hoping to get a complimentary one on my next order. Unfortunately, he was rather unkind during that interaction. Despite this, I really enjoy this restaurant and tend to order from them about three times a week."

Why are they closed? Covid scare is over. Everyone is open. Their website says dine-in. Everyone in the strip mall is open. I think staying closed should not be allowed anymore.

Sushi, sesame noodles, and their crab rangoons are some of my favorite things from here! I haven't had any negative experiences when ordering from Hong Kong Tokyo. I've never been inside, only ordered but I'm sure it's great inside too!

The woman at the register was really pleasant, but unfortunately, that was the highlight of my visit. I ordered the General Tso's chicken with roasted rice for lunch. The chicken had a strange taste and texture, which was concerning. The rice was mediocre and quite dry. I'm not sure I'll be coming back here.

Ordered Lunch for myself and coworkers. We used to always order here but I believe they may have had a change in owners because the food was terrible. I've been eating here and ordering takeout for over a decade. It has been my go-to spot for sushi rolls, and their lunch options are fantastic. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Although I haven't been as frequently lately, I ordered twice in June, and I got the sense that they remembered when I used to come in for my weekly lunch break.
