Bison Steak Fries and glazed king salmon were delicious!!! The wine list had many great options! We have been here a couple times and never disappointed. Just a heads up they only have beer and wine. Our Server Amy was the best. Friendly, suggested a great wine and all of the food came out in perfect timing.

Chose this spot for our last vacation dinner while here in Kalispell and it couldn’t have been any better. We gorged ourselves on the poutine, elk lasagna, trout, and warmed bread and it was all amazing. Great service, great food, great playlist. The food was amazing and the staff is incredible!! We ordered the Bison Steak and the Brie and Speckburger. Both were excellent. The side winds were a big hit!! Jordan was our server and she was so attentive and helpful! Our children were treated with so much kindness and respect. Our experience was one we will remember for a long time. Thanks for making our night a wonderful memory! Can't recommend enough!

My only regret regarding this place is not finding it earlier into my vacation. Had the trio slider burgers, and all were prepared excellently. Elk is definitely the best meat, and yak was prepared the best. The fries are seasoned well. The beer selection is nice too. They stayed open past their closing time to serve, and all service was top quality. Not a single negative thing to say. I’d suggest it to anyone, and I’d make sure to go back if I’m ever in town again.

Put my name down on a 20 minute waiting list, they texted within 10 minutes with our table. This spot was small but had a nice feel/decor. Our server was Eileen and she was really sweet! Fast service and kept our drinks refilled. The food was really good! The calamari sauce was the best I've ever had! Really high quality cheese on the lasagna, loved it! A little different than what we're used to but we enjoyed it very much. 4 stars because some of the protein in my meal was on the colder side. Liked this restaurant very much though! Amazing experience! Delicious meat leaf! We arrived on Thursday at 6:00. There was a 20-minute waiting time and they took our phone number and SMS to us when a table was available. Our server was Amy, she was fantastic! We started with a large Caesar salad, which was delicious and the warm bread that was distributed with the best garlic on earth. We then ordered our meals, I chose the meat with other positive reviews and it was excellent, each bite had another taste. My husband had the garlic Alfredo with chicken, it was very good, but we both agreed that the meat was better. The best meat we've ever tasted!

We were lucky tonight, and fate took my foodie Buddy and I here at a busy Friday night to try to sit for bar or dining room. The hostess was extremely helpful and impressed us with our seating (probably one of the best tables in the dining room). Everything about the service, from beginning to end, was in place with delivery and timing. Thank you to Michelle and Rachel and the others who took part in our experience, especially the kitchen staff. We had fun and are back for the delicious and professionally prepared menu. This place could be one of the last best old school Kalispell Dining experiences. Thank you

We had 2022 dinner for the first time in Hops on Friday night of the Memorial Day. After reading Hops is a small one and we discovered very personally! Restaurant, which does not take reservations, we arrived at their opening time of 5pm and sat immediately; at 5:45 there was only one table available for two. We tourists from Oklahoma, we love to try new things, so two of our four groups ordered the Tri-fecta Hunter trio meal of sample / slider size burgers from Bison, Elk and Yak. One of these trios was mine. I've never eaten one of the three, but my bucket list says I have to try new things.
