"I love the food her and my mom is 75 years old she lives downtown olympia so i was happy to see the 2hermanos truck got that downtown spot . i hope the food can be prepared the same as the pacific ave truck .my mom has not eaten steak in many years but yesterday i got her a torta asada i went to buy myself a lengua but lengua was out . so i thought about how finely the meat is cut for tortas at your truck so ni said one asada and took it to my mom she loved it she said to me i think i will have. This for lunch everyday. Lol. I said well lets just get them when ever we go out to appointments. So i will be bringing my mom to the truck next time i go..keep up the way the lady prepares the food on the pacific ave truck it is absolutely the best tacos and tortas i ever had.."

"Ricardos is very high quality but definately comes at a very steep cost. We ordered off the happy hour menu and the food was phenomenal though comically small portions. Our order of shrimp diablo had 4 tiny shrimp but the sauce it came with was indeed to-die-for despite the tiny portion. Their cocktails are top notch and their drink menu varies based on who the bartender is to play to their strength/styles. This place is worth it for the drinks alone but if you want food i suggest you plan to go big or go home. their small bites or happy hour are delicious but definatly not very substantial. I think their multi-course fixed meal events or full entree is likely the best route for food if you can afford them. All in all, a bit too costly for regular visits for me but perfect for a fancy date night or a high class cocktail outing. No dress code but definatly a very formal service and setting"

"First time dining in since start of pandemic. Busy Sunday. Seated quickly, had to wait 15+ minutes for waitress to appear after being seated, long wait for food and then both orders were incorrect. One order had to be completely redone and they still got part of it wrong. The other order they had to recook the eggs. 20 minutes later, I was completely finished with my meal and my husband's reorder had not appeared. Apologies and a 10% discount didn't make up for long wait for replacement order. Food was consistent IHOP quality. When we finally got our food, it was hot and what we had come in to eat, just too bad we didn't get to eat together. I think that I will go back to delivery service for IHOP food for a while before we try dining in again."

"On a weekday of Trapper stopped for a team dinner reservation. We were a party of about 12 and we were sitting right away. We ordered the shrimp tempura, veggie tempura and fried Calamari for starters and ordered the Trump, Samantha, Rock Roll, Phoenix and a few veggie roles, of which I remember Cryssi. From all the roles we had here, the BEST was the veggie roll Cryssi. It was great and had amazing aromas. Imagine coming into a sushi restaurant want to eat some good fish and tie the Veggie sushi roll? Does volume really sound? I have sincerely none of the roles except the Trump who was okish good, and the Veggie rolled Cryssi the best we had this night. The shrimp empura was amazing and the shrimps melt in my mouth it was so delicious. The rest of the rolls did not taste fresh, the sauce gave no taste and they were all so meh. The fried Calamari was fine and the veggie tempura lacked spices. We also ordered many drinks and the drinks were too sweet and didn't taste alcoholics. That was okay. Service was super slow. We went in at 4:45, and went out at 7:20, and consumed this whole time for 30 45 minutes, while the rest waited for our food. All in all I had much better sushi otherwise where and I would not recommend this place. I had a terrible experience and the same was shared by my colleagues."

"I 've been coming here since they first opened. Food was alright, service great.But then an ownership change happened. There was a bit of a learning curve for the new owners and you could tell in the food so I didn 't come back for a while.I recently gave them another try and have visited them five more times after coming back , because everything is SOOOO AMAZING NOW!!Service is wonderful whether it be lunch rush or dinner. And the food is DELICIOUS. Consistently so. Ingredients are fresh and food comes out hot and perfectly seasoned. Their banchan tastes homemade, their pickled shaved turnips are delightful.Try the dol shot bimbimbap which comes out sizzling, and Jajang Udon is yummy, oh and their Yum Yum Fried Chicken, lightly tossed in a gochujang sauce that has a little kick and a lot of flavor. I definitely recommend K-Town. ? ?"
