Went for the first time yesterday! Great food, and great staff. Will be back!

Good food, clean, good service, quick. They also have indoor and outdoor seating.

All three workers just stood behind the counter for 5 mins after asking us do we know what we want and continued to ignore us. Left without even getting food hire better staff.

The food quality has declined. I ordered a chicken quesadilla, and while it used to be made with all white meat, this time it had dark meat and very little cheese. It was quite disappointing.

Connor and Brandon serviced us at the Tyler Street location. We had a very pleasant dining experience. The food was excellent but the service alone was reason enough to come back again I hope their boss gets to see this. Visualizza piatti

I HIGHLY recommend this Hot Harry's honestly out of all of them. Chris crew are fabulous, work hard to make sure their customers are satisfied have the best customer service. My food always taste so great. It is definitely 1,000% is my comfort food and am in here multiple times a week for dinner after a long day or quick lunch stop. I have gotten just about everything off the menu and am so happy with it all.After what I witnessed staff go through tonight was absolutely sad and absurd. The three gentlemen on tonight handled late-night rush with an angry customer so well but I definitely had an issue with how they were being treated by her after trying to make it right. I am absolutely disgusted with what I witnessed here today. There was a young man who clearly is a New hire, struggling on the line to wrap burritos, and clearly still learning recipes, and the girl to the left of him also working on the line as well as an older man (who I’m suspecting is the owner/boss) were treating him absolutely horrible. Having him struggle, barely giving him support or teaching him. I had to say something in order for one of them to hop on and help. This was the 4th time in a row that I haven't had a good experience here. Today I ordered a harvest burrito that was advertised on their website and was given last month's burrito of the month. If the burrito wasn't available then I should have been informed about it when I specifically asked for the harvest burrito. On top of ordering nachos with no beans that came covered in beans.. the time before this incident I ordered online and showed up 20 minutes after I ordered.
