Nestled in a former gas station, this place serves some of the best BBQ around! The ribs were outstanding, and the brisket was mouthwatering! For my visit, I dined in for lunch. The cost per person was around $10–20. I rated the food a perfect 5, along with the service and atmosphere. We waited 45 minutes to be seated, even though the hostess initially told us it would be a 25-30 minute wait. I understand that they were busy, but unfortunately, the experience did not improve once we got to our table. We placed our order right away, yet we had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes for our food, which came out cold. While they did offer cornbread during the wait, that's not enough to make up for the lengthy delay. The food quality was good but not outstanding. If they could improve their seating and service times, this restaurant has great potential. The hostess and waitress were friendly, but I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you have a few hours to spare.

The Prime Rib special on Thursday nights is absolutely fantastic! The prime rib was incredibly tender and bursting with flavor. I also ordered beef brisket and a salad with zucchini fries, and I shared half of my brisket with a friend in exchange for half of their prime rib. The beef brisket was quite good as well, with a generous portion on the plate. It's evident that this establishment is run by someone who truly appreciates quality meat, as it’s the main focus here.
