I have to say, this is the best Chinese takeout in the Columbia, SC area. I ordered the seafood delight, and it was fantastic. It stayed piping hot even after a 10-minute drive to my hotel. The vegetables were perfectly cooked and still had a nice crunch. The shrimp, scallops, and lobster were all cooked to perfection too. I can't wait to try something else next time (which will be tomorrow!). Today I had General Tso's chicken, fried rice, and egg rolls, and the meal was just as good as yesterday's. I really think this is one of the best Chinese places in Columbia. I ordered from here 3 times in one week. I pressed the lemon pepper wings fried soft with chicken fried rice and a large egg drop soup. The chicken wings are small however, they are cooked to perfection. The flavor is so tasty. The wings were fresh and even after sitting for about 30 minutes they steal were top-tier. The wings are the highlight of this restaurant the chicken fried rice is good as well, very fresh with nice chunks of chicken in the rice. The egg drop soup was very good and tasty. I've been here before and ordered the same dish without any issues. But on my latest visit, I felt like something was off. The staff member immediately quoted me $15 for the meal, which I knew was incorrect. When I reached for the menu, she suggested I must want a smaller portion, referring to the lunch special, which I confirmed was available at the time. It made no sense why she wouldn’t offer me the lunch special as she had before when it was convenient, despite being a different person at the register. Why would she attempt to charge me full price for something that has a lunch option at a lower cost? It just doesn’t add up. To make matters worse, she took my money in a dismissive mann...

I wanna start by I came to the reviews and order because of them. But y’all are straight up lying or either none of you have NEVER had Chinese food anywhere else in the Irmo/Chapin EVEN cola area. The lady and I feel like we all know is so nice and they work so hard. But getting there and waiting 30 minutes in a line when 4 people are in front of you is crazy. I ordered 2 egg rolls, sweet and sour shrimp, large spicy shrimp fried rice and sesame chicken with fried rice. Only thing really great was the sweet and sour shrimp and the sesame chicken.
