"I won't be returning or recommending this restaurant to anyone. As dinner guests rather than resort guests, we received very little attention compared to others. Our table location was poor, and despite there being available outside tables, we weren't offered one. The staff needs to realize that it's much quieter to lift metal chairs off the tile floor instead of sliding them around. At one point, I almost got up to ask for more water because our glasses had been empty for 20 minutes while nearby tables were being served. I refrained since the front desk was unattended. Eventually, the water did arrive, but our drinks took even longer. The suggested dress code was mostly ignored. The food was good, but not memorable, especially considering the price."

Service was very slow our drinks did not arrive until we were well into our apps. Food good, server was pleasant.

The food and wine selection were excellent. Our charming server, Demi, was both friendly and knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu and available options.

We were in the older model of the igloos. It wasn’t strapped down at the bottom and the cold air was blowing in. There was a small cube heater (4inches by 4inches) to heat all people but it wasn’t nearly enough unfortunately. We were pretty cold. Apparently for the more enclosed newer models you would have to request those. Also when ordering the warmer drinks, they arrived cold. No microwave on site so couldn’t warm it up. Overall the idea was really cool and waitstaff was excellent. Just was hard to enjoy with it being so cold. Also would be nice to have some sort of background music as there wasn’t any.
