They forgot to bring my food. And then told me they accidentally gave it to another person. They never checked up on me and took them thirty minutes to bring my food. Very bad customer service.

This is officially my favorite IHOP! They really provide gluten-free options, which is a big plus. The staff are super friendly, and Jerry is an absolute joy! Additionally, there are no unpleasant sewer smells, making for a much more enjoyable experience. It's wonderful to visit an IHOP without the concern of getting sick!

I am very disappointed with the service. We had a long wait to be seated, an even longer wait to place our order, and then we experienced an excessive delay for our food to arrive. We placed an online order and arrived within 15 minutes. However, when we got there, there was only one woman working, and it took her another 15 minutes to assist us. We then waited an entire hour for what was not a large order and ultimately decided to leave in frustration. The service was disappointing; IHOP should consider closing the store if they can't staff it properly.

My girlfriend and I recently stopped by for a breakfast/dinner meal, and our waitress was incredibly sweet. There was a small incident when a man attempted to stir up some trouble over something minor, but one of the staff members graciously took him outside to resolve the issue. It ended up being quite entertaining! Overall, we had a wonderful time. I highly recommend giving the apple pecan thick French toast a try—it's surprisingly underrated!

We enjoyed a satisfying dinner featuring generous portions of turkey slices, mashed potatoes, and a garden salad. My husband opted for the pot roast, which was served with potatoes and vegetables. We arrived around 8 PM and were promptly greeted and seated. Our server was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The ambiance was what you would expect from a diner.
