"Hands down, IHOP has been the absolute worst experience! If I could give zero stars, I would. Every time I've ordered curbside pickup from IHOP, I arrive, wait in my car for 10-15 minutes, and then still have to go inside. What’s the point of curbside if customers have to come in anyway? I understand that delays happen sometimes, 2-3 times out of 5 is reasonable, but being late every single time just doesn’t make sense. I’ve been patient and understanding, but my patience is running out. IHOP needs to do better! I do appreciate the manager, James, for remaking my order after it just sat there getting cold instead of being brought out, but excuses don’t improve customer experience—accountability and a clear plan for improving service do. I also appreciated him adding a drink to try to make things right, but honestly, IHOP must improve their menu service and overall efficiency."

I was truly impressed by the excellent customer service we received on Saturday, 11-26. The staff was professionally attired, and the food was delicious.

I placed an order early this morning, and my son went to pick it up, but the order was completely wrong. The eggs were cold, the sausage was burnt, and the hashbrowns were hard. The manager asked me to send my son back to get the correct order. When he returned to IHOP, the waitresses gave him a hard time, and he had to wait 15 minutes for the manager to come and provide the right order.

Recently visited this location and there was no one there to sit me. Upon sitting I could hear the waitress saying she was going on break and no one should be sat in her section. I understand this and I would have gladly sat in another section but as Icontinued to wait, I could hear her from the back repeating ?she is going on break and nobody should be sat in her section?though another staff offered to take care of me until she returned. "Really loved my takeout large dinner order from this place and would consider them an above average carry-out. Parking is pretty easy in their lot out front although there did not appear to be an online ordering systems so we called our order in and everything turned out well with the exception of a sauce mix up the manager explained and proactively apologized for. We had vegetable spring rolls that were good, shrimp egg foo young that was delicious, orange chicken that was really good and general Tso's shrimp that was solid. The person that took the order over the phone was super nice at pickup and I will grab takeout from here when I'm craving Chinese food for the future."

"judge, who claims to possess this facility, is very rude and unforeseen! he accepted the delivery order of my family and decided to call us back to say that we do not fall into its delivery zone. we are 6 miles from the facility that is 13 minutes! this device could not remove 6 miles! I would highly recommend that between the terrible customer service and the one built on the fly rules, this device makes a no!"

"I was searching for authentic mexican food while out hitting the thrift stores and saw the reviews for El Papi Real Street Tacos, so I decided to try it. The food is definitely everything everyone said it would be. I had chicken tacos and my mom enjoyed a chicken quesadilla. They were not stingy with the meat portions and the onions and cilantro with lime were the always necessary addition of flavors and texture to the chicken tacos. If you are not lactose intolerant and love cheese, the chicken quesadilla is loaded with cheese. We also ordered churros which were the perfect amount of sweet complimented by the chocolate sauce. The horchata was a bit too sweet/perfumy for me, but if you like that sort of thing it could be refreshing for you. Overall, I was very satisfied with the food, the ease of ordering at the kiosk, and the fast and friendly service."

"The famous chef Thomas has to drop his rating down to a 0, the famous chef Thomas placed an order thru uber eats. When received he was totally disappointed with a raw burger. What 's worse is when he called Five Guys and explained the situation the idiot on the phone said that I don 't believe the burger was raw, that is impossible . How do this morom make such a statement after sending the famous chef Thomas a raw burger? The famous chef Thomas was furiou and demands a complete refund. Furthermore, the famous chef Thomas whole experience was totally ruined and will never order from this location again. In fact all Five Guys are banned from the famous chef Thomas. This is not the first time that the famous chef Thomas has had an issue with raw burgers from Five Guys. The famous chef Thomas son when he was a young kid received a raw burger. His son ate a quarter of the raw burger before it was realized that it was not properly cooked. Then the employee says that the burger was cooked. Does the famous chef Thomas have to slap the raw meat in the employees face for him to understand that he gave a young kid, whom did not know any better a raw burger? There have been a number of other incidents just like this with the famous chef Thomas and Five Guys. It appears that after this last incident that Five Guys is not capable of consistently delivering a properly cooked burger. Therefore the famous chef Thomas must banned Five Guys from his menu indefinitely. All famous chef Thomas followers are advised to avoid Five Guys at all costs."
