"Best Italian food in Las Vegas! We were fortunate to visit Il Chianti on Wheel Cheese night, and it was an amazing experience. The dish we tried, called Carbonara Della Nonna, is an absolute must! Our server, Vanessa, highly recommended it, and it certainly lived up to her praise. The pasta is tossed in a massive wheel of parmesan cheese and is accompanied by eggplant veal parmigiana. The combination of the rich, creamy cheese pasta and the tangy tomato marinara sauce is just perfect. The spaghetti and meatballs were also fantastic—the meatballs are clearly homemade, and the spaghetti was cooked to perfection, just the right al dente texture. We even had the pleasure of meeting Rudy, the chef and owner, who made our first visit truly memorable. When we return to Vegas, Il Chianti will be our first stop!"

The chicken parm is absolutely incredible! The breadsticks are the best I think I’ve ever had. Every time I’ve dined in the service is great. Definitely a must try, you won’t be disappointed!

Great birthday dinner. The Chicken Francese was delicious and Chef Rudi stopped by our table for a pleasant chat and photo opportunity. An intimate Italian restaurant that makes you feel like family.

The Vongole didn’t meet my expectations; it was too rich and heavy for my taste. In Venice, I enjoyed a lighter version where the flavor of the clams shone through instead of being overwhelmed by cheese. As I am still enjoying my meal I wanted to leave a review as vodka sauce sauce is splashing onto my phone, it's that good. The fettuccini funghi is wonderful with shrimp and scallops. The spaghetti alla Bolognese with meatballs was also very good. Starting with the antipasti for two was delicious. The mushrooms and grilled artichoke were very good. Finishing with the creme brulee cheesecake was excellent. The staff are all very attentive, friendly and helpful. Can't wait to come back!

Amazing first experience at this intimate dining establishment. We had a family reunion and food and service was 5 star! Booked because of food reviews online. Relatives nearby had not heard of this place but will definitely come again. Each dish was so fresh, rich and decadent. Server Roger took great care of us. We had their homemade Sangria. The chef/owner was kind to come out and asked us if we enjoyed our meals. They made us feel like royalty. I highly recommend this amazing place!
