"We recently relocated to the area and had heard great things about Imo's pizza, so we decided to try it out. I called for delivery and was informed it would take 45 minutes to an hour, despite the restaurant being just 1.5 miles from our home. The pizza arrived nearly an hour later and was only slightly warm. We also ordered a Caesar salad, which was quite disappointing; the lettuce was not fresh, it had very few croutons, and just two rings of red onion, all for $5.00. Overall, I wasn’t impressed with the pizza for the price and I won't be ordering from them again."

Medium pizza with 3 toppings. Crust was doughy not cooked well enough. All I could taste was the tomato sauce. Tried to send comments through their web site but it doesn't work. Sent info to Corporate, hope they get the message. Ruined dinner Delivery lady was very friendly, that's the only good thing I can say about this place.

Friendly Staff. Imo's...most people either love it or they hate it. If you're an Imo's lover like me you know the trick is eating it in the restaurant, fresh from the oven! The Bethalto restaurant has lovely hand painted French vinyard murals on the wall that brings a nice ambiance. Staff is always friendly, helpful and courteous. And a bonus at this particular location is that they also have a great fish sandwich in addition to the usual menu items!
