"Poor Service. I placed two orders but received the wrong one, and to make matters worse, the food was cold. I tried to speak with the manager, but unfortunately, they weren’t available until the next day. The customer service was lacking. Other restaurants treat their customers much better. I'm very disappointed with Inca Gaucho and won’t be returning. I do not recommend this restaurant. It’s unfortunate that I had to write this review, especially after a long day when you rely on them for good food. Instead, I received cold food that wasn’t even what I ordered."

Totalmente decepcionado con el mismísimo dueño del restaurante que no tiene Educación para tratar a la gente. Mi familia y yo veníamos de un evento y decidimos pasar por el restaurante por el famoso karaoke q a mi esposa le encanta. Pedimos bebidas y estábamos pensando pedir Algo de piqueo. A mi esposa y Ami no nos gusta ningún tipo de juego o deporte televisado y no se casualmente había un evento por empezar creo hasta ese momento … estábamos bien cantando karaoke y todo eso hasta q cortaro … – show

Tengo llegando a este restaurante, el mismo tiempo desde que se abrió este local, inclusive hace 4 años les puse 5 estrellas, recuerdo sus comienzos cuando el dueño sufrió la pérdida de su esposa y el estaba convaleciente del accidente, yo he marchado por justicia en apoyo a sus derechos por defensa de aquel bombero quien prácticamente fue defendido por las autoridades para que no obtenga la mayor fianza, algo que fue injusto!!!
