Came here for a lunch with my wife and oh man was the food good!!! We ordered some hot chips and they were great!!! The service was fast and very friendly. I ordered a loaded stromboli, which was great!!! We will definitely be back here.

Food is always good. Wait staff not so much. Wasn’t busy for a Tuesday night at 8pm. 3 waitresses sitting in a booth scrolling social media. Only came to our table twice during hour visit. My Stromboli was small and served open faced and not rolled. The chicken, broccoli, and spinach were very minimal and drowned in the sauce, and the crust was overbaked and hard. Hadn't had Inner Circle for a while. I got it yesterday and was sadly disappointed. The pizza was def NOT the same as I remember. It was more on the level of a Little Caesar's Hot Ready. Really sad esp the crust. for the price I felt ripped off. I used to rank Inner Circle in the upper tier of Youngstown Pizza... after this I put it down near the bottom : Food: 1
