Overall, it was an okay experience. The potato coquettes and boba were decent, but the Y4 Seasoned Calamari was extremely salty and not worth the price considering the small portion.

I asked for 30% sugar, and the drink was way too sweet even still. So I asked them If they could make me one without any sugar, and they said that they cannot create one for me. All the great Boba tea shops that I know are super kind and are sensitive to my needs to not have a drink that is too sweet. IT has terrible customer service and I will not be returning. You order from a kiosk instead of a person. If you make an error using their computer to place your order (while they stare at you from behind the counter), their response is, essentially, “Sucks to be you. We don’t correct your mistakes. Do it right next time.” Abysmal customer service. I used to be a regular until Covid hit and they removed all personal interaction with the staff. I’m never coming here again.

You place your order through a kiosk rather than with a staff member. If you happen to make a mistake while ordering on their computer (with employees watching from behind the counter), their attitude is basically, "That's your problem. We don’t fix errors. Make sure you get it right next time." The customer service is terrible. I used to visit regularly, but after Covid, they eliminated all personal interactions with the staff. I won't be returning.
