This place is a hidden treasure! The tea selection is fantastic, and the service is exceptional. I will definitely come back whenever I'm in the neighborhood.

One of the best boba places I?ve had in the Bay Area! They have a lot of selections to choose from and their boba pearls are just right, they were soft and chewy.

I always like I-tea, this is the only I-tea around this area. I was on the way to blueberry picking. Came at 11:30am, ordered 2 milk tea and one popcorn chicken. Waited 25min for the order to finish. Popcorn chicken is too dry, you can't taste much of the chicken.

If you’re in search of amazing boba, this is the place to go. The ingredients are always fresh, and the drink selection is extensive. There really is something for everyone here, and I highly recommend it. This has become my favorite spot. Be sure to try the popcorn chicken—it’s essential!

I'm currently waiting for my drink, and while I wait, I've taken a few pictures. I must say, the place is very tidy and welcoming. I just received my drink—a taro milk tea—and wow, it tastes incredible! I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it is. It's sweet, but not overly so; just the right amount. The milk flavor is rich without being overwhelmed by the sweetness. The staff is often quite busy, but they are friendly, and I never felt hurried while placing my order. If you're on your own, it might be a bit challenging to decide what to order at first. There are countless drink options with many variations, so if you're unsure, just choose the same drink as the person in front of you and see how it goes. My drink was fantastic, as always. Don't forget to ask for a punch card to earn a free drink after a certain number of purchases. I really enjoy being recognized, appreciated, and rewarded for my loyalty as a repeat customer.

We understand they are short staffed these days like everyone else, but the never came.
