The food was disappointing. The salsa was the highlight of the meal. I ordered a combo stir fry plate, but the beef was tough, and the chicken had a strange taste that made it seem old. The enchiladas were no better than a frozen TV dinner. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 2, and the atmosphere a 2.

The Waitress could have been more attentive. She did not come back to see if we needed anything (refills) until we were done eating. She came back then to bring the bill. Food was small portions for the big price. The atmosphere wasn't too bad, except for other patrons staring at us.
