Jack In The Box - Piatti

Just spent 20 minutes in the drive thru. Line did not move at all. From what I could see no cars in front of the car at the menu. Tried taking my family inside. Chairs are down in the dining room. Doors locked with no sign on the door. We won't be back to this location.

The only....I mean only person that was working working was so nice to me...maybe you can give her a break as it's not her fault everyone likes Jack in the box. Give her a break....if you don't like the wait time please fill out an application as she is the...literally only person there.

The service at this restaurant is better than others in the area. The food is very fresh and they included taco sauce and ranch in my bag without me having to ask. Lady over the car thru intercom told me to keep and 15mns later never again on the Intercom and there were no other cars in the line or on the drive thru window. This is ridiculous and I understand that there is a lack of personnel. Just say you can't help and I'll go on. I don't want a fool waiting for you to come back because I'm gonna notify BBB.

moved into the drive thru at 7:45A and sat in the box for 5 minutes and nobody welcomed us. we left after we didn't help. they have seen a worker inside, only choose not to take our order. the car that waited behind us was served, so we moved back to try to give the advantage of the doubt. it was told before us (the car behind us) and the only other customer they had) was a bigger job and they could not take our order for 10-15 minutes. jack in box has good food. but unfortunately the customer service has developed around us at all locations. That was ridiculous.

I tried going to three different Jack-in-the-Boxs and none of them were open when they were supposed to. I called this one The lady was rude on the phone telling me that she just change the fryer grease write it up and I don?t know why you would do that at open instead of before open or close. When I finally got there and ordered my food she gave me attitude because I was ordering dinner at breakfast time I work 12 hour overnight shifts so when I get off in the morning when it?s breakfast for most people it?s dinner for me if it?s on your menu and you?re serving in at that time and you shouldn?t give your customers grief about it. I want to tacos but because they just change their fry agrees...

have tried to use this location in the last months or so to two different locations. we have moved around and the hours listed on Google maps say that this location is open until unfortunately, like others in their last reviews, the lighter are at the place and it seems open as they progress. actually we even saw workers. but when we went to the drive-thru, there was no answer. no other cars in the insert. When we first went and that happened, we thought they had to close (one took the müll out). the second time we waited minutes on the drive-thru without answer, but when we drove away, we saw what seemed to be coworkers around the inner, all the lights up.
