"I've been visiting this restaurant for a few years, but it's only recently that I've noticed their customer service. The new staff members are really attentive and eager to provide excellent service, even at the drive-thru. In the past, I rated this restaurant 2 stars, but I believe it deserves 5 stars now. I hope the owner and manager recognize what a fantastic team of employees they have."

This Jack in the box it great, food is always fresh. They always get your order right which is something I can't say for all Jack in the box locations. I always go to this Jack in the box.

This is the first time in years I've had such a good employee working the drive thru ...perfect manners and great service! Jack should be proud. This guy made me feel like I was ordering from family.adrian should be training others how customer service is done!

Everytime I come here the staff is rude, inattentive and preoccupied playing around with one another. My food is not satisfying and my fries are always old, cold and dark brown even after I’ve specifically stated I’d like fresh fries tho I shouldn’t have to! Get the night crew together plz so they can stop serving b/s it’s
