The restaurant is nice and clean, and it's very affordable. You can feed three people for under $25.00. Dawn provided excellent service and was very thorough with my order. I'm really pleased with both the price and the service.

The tables were unclean, and the service was rather slow. I stood at the register for five minutes while the cashier looked at me multiple times before finally taking my order. On the bright side, the food was outstanding, deserving a strong 5 out of 5, but the service definitely needs some improvement. This was for a dine-in dinner experience.

i went through the drive through and got tacos and spicy chicken strips and i get home and my order is completely wrong so i go back get my food and drinks and we park so we can eat. Well i took a sip of my new drink and it?s still unsweet so i sent myboyfriend in to get me a sweet tea and they were being difficult about fixing it. the girls through the drive through werereally nice though. It used to be an excellent place to dine, but our experience there last night was disappointing. The buns tasted as if they were two days old—almost on the verge of being croutons! Come on, everyone, you can do better than this. It's clear that the younger staff need more guidance from a competent manager. As someone who has worked as a cook for fifteen years, I know this establishment has the potential to improve.

I just had a terrible experience at the Mabank location. Both drink machines, one in the lobby and the other at the drive-thru, were out of order, leaving only tea as an available beverage option. To make matters worse, I wasn't informed about this issue before I placed my order or paid. There was one person managing both the lobby and drive-thru, which seemed overwhelming. Additionally, there were two pre-teen kids loudly flipping cups, and there was no parent in sight. I understand their parent might work there, but allowing them to behave so disruptively is not acceptable for customers who are trying to enjoy their meals.
