I used to love the jack, but for some reason is the chicken fajita is microwavable it use to be grilled now it's not good anymore even the teriyaki chicken bowl is not good. So sad it used to have a good menu but not anymore.

I had a great experience with this order because I chose to customize it. It turned out wonderfully! It was a little messy since I asked for extra mayonnaise and had added more pickles. The egg rolls are consistently delicious!

I was disappointed to find that there was no working restroom at this location, and I was also refused access to their hand sanitizer. Jack in the Box needs to recognize that there is a virus spreading that can be deadly, and the CDC emphasizes the importance of handwashing. This experience felt very unsanitary. #UNSANITARY

I really don't get all the negative reviews this place has received.
