"My family and I stopped by to grab early breakfast before arriving at SFO. I found thru my maps that there was a Jack in the Box on our route. It was about 3:30am what we drove up. I was immediately told y the drive-thru crew member that they were closed. Iasked aren 't you open 24 hrs?She said again she was closed. I then asked for how long? The crew member responded with 10minutes. I waited about 13 mins, and said Hello . No answer, so I left. That 's awful service. I don 't recommend this locationas they are not reliable."

The food is delicious, but the prices have gone up, and this location tends to be slow in the mornings. It would help if they had more kitchen staff to provide faster service, as it's supposed to be fast food.

The customer service at this restaurant is awful, particularly from one employee. Even though the food is good, I've returned and faced poor service once more. Because of this, I am giving the restaurant a 1-star rating.

4th car in line pulling up. After 15 minutes, I was car number 3 in the drive thru. This isn't even a drive thru, it's more of a parking lot how long you sit there waiting for the car in front of you to move. It's almost like they wait for you to pay in thedrive thru, then start making your food or something.

I ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl around 1:20 PM, and it was the best I've ever tasted! The chicken was perfectly sliced and extremely fresh. This meal was just what I needed during my bike commute today, and it was absolutely delicious. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was clean. I would give this place ten stars! "The first stop after a flight is always food for me. Doug’s Place was definitely the place to be. Their specialty is Omelettes but my preference was Corned Beef Hash, eggs, hash browns and rye toast. Everything including the French Toast and Turkey Bacon were all Delish! The prices are amazing for the quality and food portions. The plates are definitely shareable. The crowd was diverse, the location was great, the service was good and most importantly the food was awesome!"

"I just want to be clear. We had a great waiter and he was very attentive. However, we had called ahead to find out if they were broadcasting the A's game and that the sound would be on. They said they could do that for us no problem. So we ate in the bar area at a table close to the screen broadcasting the A's gam. However, right at the 9th inning....they turned off the A's game on the screen we were and others were watching without even asking the people there if they were OK with that. Very rude. The food was decent and we thought we had found a new sports bar to go and enjoy a meal and a game. Sadly, probably will not go again"

"We settled in and started with samosas as our appetizer. The crust of each samosa was a perfect golden brown and not overcooked, which was a promising sign. The potato filling was lightly seasoned and tasted fantastic—I would definitely order that again! For our main course, we chose Saag Paneer, Daal Makhani, and a basket of four vegetarian naans. We requested that our food be prepared medium hot. While the Daal and Saag Paneer were delicious, they could have used a bit more heat; I’ll need to ask them to spice it up a bit next time. Our bread basket included fenugreek (methi) naan, aloo paratha, hara bhara (green) naan, and pezaa naan. The first three were simply delightful—I could have been completely satisfied with just those for my meal. However, I wasn't fond of the pezaa naan, which includes cheese, onions, and dried fruits; it had an overpowering onion taste, so I won’t be ordering that again. While we were dining, two ladies at the next table noticed our order and struck up a conversation; they turned out to be regulars at this restaurant. They agreed that the food is generally served mild and could benefit from a bit of extra spice. Overall, I highly recommend this place. It’s definitely worth multiple visits and is one of the best spots to experience Indian flavors. I’m even considering catering food from here for my future parties!"

"Was really needed some comfort food today and decided to try a local place near my work. I wasn't disappointed! The spicy lemongrassphobic broth was to die and the perfect heat without being too hot. I love the way they packed the To-go order. The broth is in a container and everything else in another. Everything was super fresh. Will definitely be back. Not to forget the pastries saw AMAZING!!"
