Jack In The Box - Piatti

When I brought my food home I bit into my sandwich and I spit out a plastic bread tie!! When I went back and showed them what was in it they acted like it wasn?t a big deal and handled the whole situation poorly. I usually never ever post reviews butthat was highly unprofessional. I will never go there ever again.

I arrived 35 minutes before closing and noticed the restaurant was short-staffed. The young employees, appearing to be between 16 and 20 years old, kindly and respectfully explained the situation to me. Despite this, my order was prepared quickly, and the food was hot and correct. This location has excellent staff, and I sincerely hope they are appreciated as much as they appreciate their customers.

Sept 14 2022. Ordering was easy, I do wish the order take her screen was working. I think I'm assuming that's supposed to be a screen. The weight in the line to pay and pick up the food on the other hand along wait. To the point that people are goingaround the line that has formed cuz they're not going to wait. My order was completely wrong. My order should have cost around$18 but was almost $30. I could barley hear the the kid at the drive through . Charged me for 2 combo meals that cost over $10 a piece. Then they weren't even right to top it off. 1 was asingle burger 1 was a triple. When I ask the kid at the window he said sorry but offered no resolution to the problem. At thispoint I had been in the drive through for quite some time. So I just took the food and left even though it was all wrong.

I'm usually very lenient with my fast food reviews but just don't go here. There was one car ahead of me when I got there. The guy on the speaker said there would be a 5 to 10 minute wait... No big deal. I wait. And then order. After getting my foodalmost 45 minutes later. They almost got it right. Missing tacos and tomato's on a sandwich that wasn't supposed to havetomato's was just the icing on the cake. I tried to call but their number was busy for 15 minutes. Won't be back.... Neithershould you.

I?m not sure their name but the drive through employee with the cool black and orange hair is extremely kind and helpful. They provided great customer service despite being one of two employees and getting screamed at and berated by other customers forwait times that aren?t even the employees fault. The owners need to do better and give them a raise because this location hasbeen struggling awhile and it would be a shame to lose their one good employee. 5 stars only for the great employee Iencountered today. I haven't been impressed by fast food in over ten years, so my recent visit to Jack In The Box was a pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly and cheerful, showing great patience and attentiveness to our requests. Our large order arrived hot, fresh, and neatly packaged. I truly appreciated the excellent service and the quality of the food. Because of this outstanding experience, I’m likely to choose Jack In The Box over other fast food options. It was a refreshing break from the usual disappointing service so common these days. Keep up the great work and smiles—it made all the difference!
