"I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant. The Deerfoot location is a much better option. While the Pinson location is not ideal, it's still an improvement over this one. The service is painfully slow, and the staff seems indifferent to the customers waiting. I witnessed three patrons who waited nearly 10 minutes leave in frustration, and another who gave up after five minutes. It’s clear they don’t prioritize customer care."

I placed my order for a takeout. My order was promptly taken but the wait for my food was lengthy. When I received my order my food and coffee were luke warm.

I ordered a milk shake and it was so watery....went back in and get them to fix it and she told me it was the milk that made it watery and plus it wasn't even full !!
