This restaurant offers the best service in town, and their Loaded Blackened Chicken Street Tacos are absolutely delicious! It's also quite kid-friendly with a good children's menu. I dined in for dinner, and the price per person was around $10–20. I highly recommend trying the Free Chips and Salsa and the Loaded Street Tacos!

I threw a birthday party for my husband in Jalapeño?s party room and had the restaurant cater the dinner. They did a fantastic job! Food was great, service was outstanding, all details went smoothly, and cost was very reasonable. I had a great experience at this restaurant, thanks to the friendly service. I tried the fajita quesadilla for dinner, and it was quite delicious. The margaritas were decent as well. This was a walk by and decided to try it. The service was good. And the food was even better. I had the deluxe tostadas, and my friend had the chimichangas. Our food arrived quickly and presentation was well done. LOVE Jalapeños! Always have! We came in last week. It had been awhile for us! Still loving Jalapeños! Our server, Margaret, was one of the best servers we've had there so far (all have been great but she was exceptional). The spinach enchiladas weregreat as always. So was everything else. Deep fried avocados are a must every time! Thank you for sticking it out through therough times! Glad to still have Jalapeños as one of our local icons!

I have gone a few times with my wife. She likes the food but I think it is just okay. The flavor doesn't pop. Recently I ordered pickup and was suprised to see a 10% take out gratuity. Seriously?!?! So now there is a fee for buying a product that does notrequire service or anything extra on their part. Wow! I realize this is a hot topic, but to me it is pretty simple. On 7/13/22 our family had the unpleasant experience dining at this restaurant. The male waiter that served us was angry and aggressively hit my husband in the arm with a water pitcher while heading to the table... Didn't apologize. He tried to hurryour order as soon as we sat down and we watched him walking around the restaurant visibly disturbed the entire time. He appearedto be a seriously disturbed human being. The food was very good but the waiters bizarre display was such a turn off that wewon't be going back ever again! Next time we will go to Fiesta Bonita in Ponderay with a pleasant staff.

Walked in with my family tonight (not busy and had 4 adults 2 children and were told to wait a minute after 5 minutes we still were not seated and a family of 6 came in and were seated immediately. Hopefully you don’t treat all customers this way. We also heard the lady in the back saying “where are we going to seat these people at” but were able to seat the same amount of people that came in a few minutes after us? update we went to Rancho Viejo in Hayden and had 4 extra people join us and were seated immediately and were provided great service throughout the night, maybe your servers can go there and learn how to treat customers for the future! : Service: Dine in

This restaurant could really benefit from some new cooks. I ordered the "tostadas supreme" with chicken, and the quality of the chicken was disappointing. It tasted like boiled chicken breast that had been shredded with a hand mixer, simply seasoned with salt and pepper. To make matters worse, it was mostly lettuce—I felt like I had just eaten a bowl of lettuce for lunch! I got full from all the lettuce! Fortunately, I was with family who treated me, so I’m relieved I didn’t have to pay for that subpar meal. On a positive note, the customer service and atmosphere were great, which is why I’m giving it one star. I’m surprised it has four-star reviews; people must not know what authentic Mexic...
