"This restaurant offers a great variety of tacos, including unique options like buffalo chicken, fish and chips, shrimp po' boy, and a delicious beef bulgogi that will blow you away. There's truly something for everyone, including a vegetarian option. Each taco is generously filled and served in a flour tortilla, and at around $4 each, the price is just right. You'll definitely get your money's worth when it comes to portion sizes. They also have an impressive selection of over 30 craft beers and wines, and you can even get growlers filled."

"The food here is really good! We came in Christmas Eve for lunch were seated quickly. However it did take a while to be served. I’m guessing the kitchen was backed up due to all of the to go orders. The drinks were really good. My hubby had two top shelf margaritas but they clearly changed the tequila in the 2nd one. My daughter had a mimosa the mango margarita. The mango margarita was really sweet but strong. Beware! I had a few mimosas that were pretty cool. We ordered the lemon pepper wings which were salty but good. I had the chicken waffles. No complaints. The brisket nachos were really good! The brisket had a great flavor. My only complaint is that my husband’s brisket baked potato was a bit skimpy the potato was hard in some places. Also I placed a to-go order that sat on the counter for 15-20 min before the waitress brought it over. Not too mention my to-go brisket fries were extremely salty. Good but salty. Overall it was a decent experience. We will give them another chance when we come back to Little Elm. "I have a feeling that most reviews for restaurants in Little Elm are inflated to support local businesses because every highly-rated place I've been to here has been disappointing. This was by far the worst burger joint I've ever visited. The burger buns were as hard as hockey pucks, the fried pickles were even worse, and the tater tots were soft and mushy. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it; I couldn’t even finish half of my meal and I was still hungry."

"This place is underrated. When you first walk in you're in what looks to be an old donut shop. You have to order and tip at the counter which makes for poor first impressions. But the food is phenomenal. My husband and I ordered the catfish Pontchartrain with pasta and chicken fried steak, both came with a fresh house salad (photos available). The catfish was fried on small linguine pasta with a crawfish buttery cream sauce. It has a kick but not too spicy. Comes with garlic toast. Chicken fired steak was your typical country fried steak with thick creamy gravy, mashed potatoes, and fresh green beans that seemed to be cooked just right, not too raw but not over cooked.We split some of it with our 4 year old who ate all his green beans. If you've had trepidation about trying this place out, I highly encourage you to take a leap of faith. You won't be disappointed. Waters Edge Cafe needs to move to a restaurant setting."

"We visited on Indian festival of Ugaadi (Gudi padwa) for late lunch holiday buffet. The place was full which indicates it is good place. The decor and ambience was very nice. The owners take pride in running the restaurant and serving clients. Owner wore clothing for the holiday and greeted guests. It felt very festive. The buffet choices were delicious, flavorful from western indian state of Maharashtra. Three desert choices. The shrimp pulav itself is worth the price of buffet. Tomato soup was fresh. Coriander vada was crunchy and reminded of dishes from childhood. Wish they could open another location closer to north Plano so that we could visit more often. Great place overall for a flavorful Desi Indian dining experience."
