"What's not to love? My wife and I each had a burger that we enjoyed. I had the double meat classic, she had the Spicy Hickory Burger. . My burger was well cooked with fresh toppings. The bun was soft but sturdy enough to support the burger. It was delicious. . My wife remarked that the hickory sauce was spicy, and I scoffed that she was wimpy. However, it really was spicy... a real nice zing. . I loved their French fries. They were the fat fries that I particularly enjoy. Some of them had that crunchy exterior and pillowy interior that are the hallmark of perfect fries. . Service was fast, food was great. Again, what's not to love?"

The turkey burger was very tasty, the fries were cooked perfectly - not too crispy or too soft. The shake was made with real ice cream, not just syrup and milk, and had a delightful touch of extra ice cream in it.

I will never eat here again! If I could give it zero stars, I would. I ordered three burgers, and two of them had human hair in them! I returned the next day after work to speak with the manager, but she was surprisingly nonchalant about the situation. I definitely do not recommend this place.

The burger was fantastic, and the Oreo milkshake was equally enjoyable. However, I wouldn't recommend the frozen lemonade, as it turned into mostly ice once the drink was gone. The only disappointment was the garlic French fries. I was hoping for a light garlic seasoning accompanied by a generous amount of parmesan, but it ended up being just a sprinkle of garlic seasoning on top. I've learned not to order garlic fries again in the future. Overall, I would rate the restaurant a 7 out of 10. Visualizza piatti

The burger was quite good, and the Oreo milkshake was enjoyable as well. I also tried the frozen lemonade, but I wouldn't recommend it; it was mostly ice, and once the lemonade was gone, all that was left was a pile of ice! The one thing I didn't like was the garlic fries. I expected them to have a bit of garlic seasoning with a lot of parmesan on top, but they were just small pieces of garlic seasoning sprinkled on top. Now I know to avoid garlic fries in the future! Overall, I would give the experience a 7/10!

I usually order takeout, and every time I arrive at the designated pickup time, my food is fresh and steaming hot. It's always ready and waiting for me, and the staff is always friendly. "We’ve been coming here for 20 years and this unfortunately will be our last visit which I regret. The service has continued to progressively get worse to the point to where I refuse to spend $75 on a meal that’s miserable! The food is always good but the service is absolutely awful and the place is dirty! Tonight we had to bus our own table that was just cleaned! Yuck! The appetizers come out with your food, no refills on drinks, and if you want to order additional items you need to hunt down your waitress in the restaurant…..not worth my month or time anymore!"

"Let me start by saying that the service and atmosphere here is very good, but that’s not what brings you back. The food is what makes you want to come back, and unfortunately, for me, I will not be returning anytime soon. I ordered a dry aged steak, asked for medium, but it was a little over cooked and quite chewy. Flavor was not flattering at all. My wife ordered their regular wet aged filet mignon, medium, and I thought it was decent. The appetizers we ordered were bacon wrapped scallops and they were overcooked and chewy, a bit dry. We also ordered the pork belly and this was also very chewy and nothing special. Lastly, we ordered their crème brûlée bread pudding, and there was nothing crème brûlée or pudding about it. It was basically just a raisin bread with a little sauce on it. I will say the old fashioned and carajillo I drank were quite delicious, but that’s not bringing me back. Overall, we spent $300 for dinner for two and it was nowhere near worth it. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4"

"The food at this restaurant is remarkably fresh and full of flavor. The vegetable fried rice tasted incredibly authentic. I particularly enjoyed the flavored tea; I ordered the peach green tea, which was perfectly balanced and not overly sweet, just how I like it. There were so many options available, and I'm eager to explore more flavors in the future. The staff was both friendly and professional, and the lunch special was reasonably priced with generous portions. The miso soup was outstanding—packed with flavor! We definitely plan to come back to try the ramen. I highly recommend this place to anyone!"
