Blake is the best bartender in loudon county! Got to know her at another establishment and when she let me know she was at Jay's, I jumped in the car and headed to see her! Will definitely be back!

Love the remodel of Jay's! Same great food, but completely different dining experience! Heidi is awesome as well! Highly recommend it in downtown Loudon, TN!Wheelchair accessibility: All one level, with plenty of tables for wheelchairs.

"The server didn't listen to what I ordered, brought me the wrong food, and then argued with me about it. She went so far as the grab a menu as if I was too dumb to know what I ordered. The manager was friendly and helpful, but when I checked my bank statement a few days later they had added a few dollars to the tip. Food was fine. DO NOT EAT HERE. They are disrespectful and will steal money from you"

"I typically enjoy dining at this restaurant, but my recent experience was overshadowed by the manager's behavior. She was excessively loud, publicly instructing someone to leave, claiming he was a pedophile. Having dealt with HR matters in the past, I believe such situations should be approached with tact and discretion. She repeatedly announced to the entire restaurant that this person's background check had flagged him as a pedophile, which felt inappropriate. If she lacks respect for her guests, it raises questions about her respect for her employees, as well. A content employee leads to a more productive work environment. The manager could benefit from retraining on how to handle interpersonal situations more respectfully. Overall, I would rate the food and service a 3, but the atmosphere suffered significantly, earning a 1."

"I've been visiting Carl's for decades, traveling about 40 miles just to enjoy a meal there. It truly is a hidden gem in Loudon, offering hot, freshly prepared food. The Chuckwagon sandwich is the best I've ever had, and the Pulled Pork Barbecue Platter is outstanding. Their Banana Split Sundae Cones taste just like homemade ice cream—absolutely the best I've encountered. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable. They keep costs low despite potential credit card fees, and it really shows. The staff is consistently friendly, making for a fantastic experience every time!"

"I would have rated this restaurant one star, but our server tonight, Kyle, was outstanding. However, it's important to note that he is just a high school student working his third shift on his own. Each time I visit, there seems to be a new staff member who has only been there for a week! This inconsistency affects the quality of the sandwiches, and the staff shouldn't bear the blame for it. It's disheartening to see these underpaid, overworked teenagers. If you showed more respect for your employees, perhaps the restaurant would improve! It would also be wise to have at least two staff members on duty at all times, especially on a busy Saturday night, as there were three other families waiting as well. Ugh."

"So I stopped by this KFC, and am very disappointed, first of all the young man that I met at the door taking out a large bag of trash, didn’t only not speak as I greeted him, when I was fixing to order, he came back in didn’t wash his hands, I asked for fresh chicken, when he went to the back to check , the young lady that takes drive through orders, ask me if she could help me, of course I told her the young man that went to check on fresh chicken didn’t wash his hands , she immediately went and told him what I said,which I appreciate that, when I did get the chicken, it wasn’t fresh, probably because I am black and a truck driver, he figured that when I walked out the door that was it,lazy sorry young people that work here, act like they didn’t get home training on wash hands before any meal, will not have to worry about me anymore I’m done with that, maybe someone there can set him straight, in other words practice good hygiene please, especially when serving others!!"
