"The food was decent—not amazing, but certainly not awful. I ordered the chorizo huevos breakfast, and each of my two children had kids meals. The portion sizes were on the smaller side but still acceptable. However, the prices were quite high, bordering on excessive. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. As we weren’t regulars, we felt ignored to the point that we had to request drink refills and, eventually, the check. We observed several patrons who seemed to be regulars receiving prompt service—seated, ordering, being served, getting refills, and paying—while we simply sat by and watched them go about their meals. It seems to be a family-owned establishment, and the regulars clearly enjoy it; I just wish I could say the same for myself. Considering the cost for one adult and two children was just under $60 for very basic meals, combined with the quality of the food and the service, I cannot recommend this place. While I may not be a local, I do live nearby and would prefer to try other restaurants first."
