"We love Jersey Mike's stores and go there on a regular basis to various ones, especially when we're traveling. I ordered my usual number 9 Mike's way and it had virtually almost no almost no cold cuts on it. The girl that made the sandwich was shavingthe meat, probably under the direction of the owner of the store. It was like eating a lettuce onion and tomato sandwich with alittle bit of cold cuts for flavoring. This is also the 1st time that the white bread roll was so dry I threw half half of itaway. Friendly service but definitely terrible food at this location. Average friendly service, but definitely terrible food atthis location . Time for some serious thought into how to make a decent sandwich. This is one place that I'm sorry I just cannotrecommend unless they change the way they make a sandwich. I also witnessed a young couple with 2 children and one of theirsandwiches was tuna fish. The counterperson made the giant size instead of a regular size. The manager instructed him to cut thesandwich in half and then scrape the tuna off and put it back in the container. Instead of giving the couple their sandwich 1stso they could sit down, he scraped off the tuna into the container and he threw the rest of the bread away. Then, he waited onthis young couple and finished their order. I think the right thing to do would be to offer the sandwich that they were going toget and after taking care of them, then return the tuna to the container. I just cannot recommend this particular Jersey Mikes."

The subs are tasty, but this is the second time I've ordered four subs and only received three! I'm really starting to wonder why this keeps happening.

I wouldn't recommend ordering a tuna wrap from this place unless you're prepared to eat it with a spoon. I just received mine a few minutes ago through UberEats. The delivery person was quick and friendly, so no complaints there. However, I requested it without vinegar oil, and it was slathered on so heavily that when it arrived, the packaging and the other sandwiches in the bag were completely soaked. If you've ever fed children, you know that vinegar-soaked sandwiches aren't typically a hit.
